Depending on what class (location) you are registering for your time slot will vary. Most time slots are in the evening, and typically 2-3 times a week.
How much does this class cost?
This class is free of cost for full-time Amazon employees and partially covered for part-time employees.*
*Assuming you have your total voucher amount available for the year
How do I change my schedule to accommodate the class?
About two weeks before the first day of class, you will receive an email welcoming you to the class. At that time, you can reply to that email to request a schedule accommodation letter. We will send you a letter in pdf form that you can take to your Human Resources department to coordinate a change.
How do I register for the class?

What qualifications will I have after taking these classes?
Broadband Technicians will have the following qualifications:
- Understanding of the telecommunications process and the terminology involved
- Can install, test, and troubleshoot copper systems and fiber systems per EIA/TIA standards, including residential and commercial installations

Please follow these directions to secure payment for your class:
- Navigate to https://www.amazoncareerchoice.com/home and log in
- Search the school name
- Click “view available programs at this school”
- Click on the proper career name to see a dropdown of programs available
- Search for “Broadband”
- Click “request tuition payment” in the program tile
- Verify the start and end dates for the program
- E-sign the release
- Click “request payment”
What should I do if I have problems applying my voucher code?
If you continue to have difficulties, please visit your Career Choice A to Z account https://atoz.amazon.work/m/career_choice/resource Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the “MyHR Need Help?” button to create a case that will be directed to corresponding support team to assist you.
What is your refund policy?
In order to provide the best level of service to ALL Career Choice Associates, C-Tech requires an Amazon authorized roster two weeks prior to the official start date of class. C-Tech reserves the right to cancel class if the minimum student amount is not achieved. Therefore, no refunds will be issued after the start of class. A student may notify us prior to the first day of class should they need to drop or delay enrollment due to a personal hardship. In the case of a personal hardship, C-Tech may offer a credit towards the next scheduled class.
