When does this class take place?
Class days and times are different based on location. Most classes are in the evening, 2 times a week.
How do I change my work schedule for class?
1.You will get a welcome email about two weeks before class.
2. Reply to that email and ask for a schedule accommodation letter.
3. We will send you a PDF.
4. Give the PDF to your HR to ask for a schedule change.
How do I register for the class?
Register for classes by visiting this page on our website: Amazon Career Choice There, you will find a list of locations that we are holding the classes. Select and register for the location nearest to you. After you fill out the form here on our website, you will receive an email with directions on how to request payment from Amazon.
What qualifications will I have after these classes?
As a Broadband Technician, you will:
- Understand how telecommunications works and common terms
- Be able to install, test, and fix copper and fiber systems following EIA/TIA rules

How do I secure payment for my class?
- Navigate to https://www.amazoncareerchoice.com/home and log in
- Search the school name
- Click “view available programs at this school”
- Click on the proper career name to see a dropdown of programs available
- Search for “Broadband”
- Click “request tuition payment” in the program tile
- Verify the start and end dates for the program
- E-sign the release
- Click “request payment”

What if I need an interpreter?
You are required to contact Career Choice at least a month before their class start date, as their accommodation team needs time to find interpreters to accommodate requests. Please contact Career Choice as soon as possible so they can begin the process. However, they cannot guarantee that the requests will be approved, as approval depends on interpreter availability.
What is your refund policy?
In order to provide the best level of service to ALL Career Choice Associates, C-Tech requires an Amazon authorized roster two weeks prior to the official start date of class. C-Tech reserves the right to cancel class if the minimum student amount is not achieved. Therefore, no refunds will be issued after the start of class. A student may notify us prior to the first day of class should they need to drop or delay enrollment due to a personal hardship. In the case of a personal hardship, C-Tech may offer a credit towards the next scheduled class.
