Depending on which time slot you select when registering, your class either takes place 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays or 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

This class is free of cost for full-time amazon students and $2,625 for part-time students. *

*Assuming you have your total voucher amount available for the year

How many hours is the class?

Broadband Telecommunication – Featuring Green Energy Management Technician: 116 Hours
Broadband Telecommunications – Featuring 5G Wireless Technician: 109 Hours

How do I change my schedule to accommodate the class?

Send an email to amazoncc@c-techtraining.com requesting a schedule change letter. We will send you a letter in pdf form that you can take to your Human Resources department to coordinate a change

What qualifications will I have after taking these classes?

Depending on which career training (Either 5G Wireless or Green Energy Management) you participate in, you will receive different qualifications:

Broadband Technicians will have the following qualifications:

• Understanding of the telecommunications process and the terminology involved
• Can install, test, and troubleshoot copper systems and fiber systems per EIA/TIA standards, including residential and commercial installations

Energy Technicians will have the following qualifications:

• Understanding of the telecommunications process and the terminology involved
• Can install, test, and troubleshoot copper systems and fiber systems per EIA/TIA standards, including residential and commercial installations
• Understand, plan for and apply green application systems
• Much more

What kinds of jobs will I be eligible for after completing this training?

• Cable Installer
• Communications Technician

Please follow these directions to secure payment for your class:

1. Navigate to https://www.amazoncareerchoice.com/home and log in
2. Search the school name
3. Click “view available programs at this school”
4. Click on the proper career name to see a dropdown of programs available
5. Find the proper program
6. Click “request tuition payment” in the program tile
7. Verify the start and end dates for the program
8. E-sign the release
9. Click “request payment”

What should I do if I have problems applying my voucher code?

What is your refund policy?

In order to provide the best level of service to ALL Career Choice Associates, C-Tech requires an Amazon authorized roster two weeks prior to the official start date of class.  C-Tech reserves the right to cancel class if the minimum student amount is not achieved.  Therefore, no refunds will be issued after the start of class.  A student may notify us prior to the first day of class should they need to drop or delay enrollment due to a personal hardship.   In the case of a personal hardship,  C-Tech may offer a credit towards the next scheduled class.
