As a US based designer and manufacturer of workforce development training products and services it was an honor to have attended the Presidents White House ‘Made in America’ Showcase in 2019. It was a true celebration of American manufacturing, displaying American-made products from all 50 states. The American workforce is our country’s greatest national asset. C-Tech Associates pledged to invest in the advancement of our current and future workforce by providing individuals with opportunities to develop skills that will help them succeed, not just in their current role, but throughout their careers. We pledged to invest in both students and workers by providing opportunities for education and training that will help more Americans thrive in the modern workplace. Specifically, over the past 5 years, we pledged to create enhanced career opportunities for over 50,000 individuals, including through increased pre-apprenticeships and work based learning programs, continuing education, on-the-job training, and re-skilling. We’ve exceeded our goal!

It’s an honor for C-Tech Associates to have earned a spot on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America! Out of the over 25 Million privately held companies in the country, C-Tech ranks among the top 100 in education and in the top three in New Jersey. We are number one in hands-on career and technical education training. This is no small feat. Businesses have faced unprecedented times—economic uncertainty, volatility, and rapid innovation. But the overarching theme among this year’s Inc. 5000 honorees is clear: resilience.
